ECU EK3 to MB3

Hello Honda MA MB MC lovers.

I'm from Portugal and i have a Honda civic 1.5 ILS Vtec (MB3) year 1997 and i have little problem in the ECU.

The problem is the ECU is blocked to max speed 190 km/h.
And i have a friend who have a ECU from EK3 year 1998 and i want to now if the ECU from EK3 fit on a MB3

I forgot to say the MB3 have a D15Z8 and the EK3 have a D15Z6 and i want to now if i don't have any problem in wires spark plugs sensors system ECONO, airbags, ABS.

I dont think the pinouts could the same.. and plugs may be different. Have you tried it?

I doubt it.. why is the car limited to 190kmh? its very odd and JDM is 180.... and MB3 never existed in Japan...

Please can you give us more info?

you say the car is blocked to max speed 190km/h (about 118mph i think ) are you sure coz the mb3 1.5 would be maxing out at that anyway you just not bouncing off the rev limt
